I’ll totally have to check this out and compare it to my dad’s techniques…. He’s infamous at our house for writing lengthy and efficient complaint letters. Mostly to airlines and various other travel people. He even wrote a nasty letter to the Jesuit in charge of housing at Seattle U. because he wouldn’t let me move off campus. It worked, it got myself and 3 other random people off-campus housing.
