As you might remember, I helped publish a book last year, How To Complain For Fun and Profit, which was written by my former boss and good friend Bruce Silverman. Tonight it will be featured as part of a segment on ABC’s 20/20. It’s pretty cool to have an idea, execute it and then see it featured on national television.
