		<description>Congrats Mario! You&#039;re right about coming along ways from the German dancing pants and the cleaning bathrooms. That&#039;s very good advice you gave as well. You can&#039;t even begin to put a price on the value of education you get working directly for a CEO or executive. Working at that level allows you the opportunity to see the big picture of your industry and then you can decide what really interests you and then go back down and carve out your niche. Congratulations again, hope all is well.</description>
